Arrowhead Lake House

Our client wanted to expand the living space of this house but keep the same footprint. The house started as a two bedroom one and a half bathroom. We gutted the house entirely to the exterior shell. Installed all new plumbing, electrical, insulation and put on a small addition to the second floor. The final product is a brand new four bedroom two and a half bathroom house!
