During the on-site consultation, our project specialist will discuss your vision and how we can bring it to life. Expect discussions to include your project specifications, timeline, and budget.
Estimating
Following the consultation, your project specialist will be assembling a detailed proposal of the scope of work.
Review
Once your proposal is ready, a member of our team will reach out and schedule a meeting on-site between you and your project specialist to review your proposal.

We were kept up-to-date during the work, including pictures, and even received great suggestions for improving the design and safety of our deck. This was our first project with POM, but won't be our last!

Recently called POM for an estimate on repairing our aging, original composite deck. Elliot came right out and took a look. Upon his inspection we discovered the deck was not built properly (surprise) to begin with in 2004 (by prior owners). We discussed the options available and Elliot came back with a design that fit our needs perfectly. We have a hot tub so we needed the structure to be safe for that. Work began after permits were secured. Elliot kept us well informed throughout the process. Billy, the carpenter who built the entire deck himself, was incredible!
