Hawley Lake House Addition

Stroudsburg Kitchen

Our client had done a lot of updates to her home to bring it up to date. The kitchen was the last piece of the puzzle. By removing the soffit and cutting down the knee wall we were able to run the new cabinets all the way to the ceiling and also install a beautiful peninsula with seating. Not only does the space now look much larger but also adds much more countertop space and cabinets! Engineered hardwood flooring was also installed and continues throughout the entire first floor.

Milford Sunroom Addition

Our client wanted to extend the space they had and open up for a beautiful room filled with light. We maximized the wall space of the addition with as much glass as possible. After the addition was complete we also removed the deck boards, steps, and rails and replaced with all new pressure treated materials.

Cresco Basement

For this project, our client had a very large space to work with that they were looking to add more finished living space, a full bathroom and a finished gym. We were able to build for them ample living space, a full bathroom with a large 42" x 60" shower and a very roomy gym separated by a beautiful barn style door. We were even able to incorporate a storage area, two closets and a walk in safe with a steel door!

Pen Argyl Siding

Our client had aluminum siding that was difficult to maintain, windows that were not working correctly and offering little to no energy efficiency, and a slate roof that was practically beyond repair. We installed a new GAF Architectural shingle roof with a lifetime warranty. New energy efficient Provia windows were installed. And finally all new vinyl siding from Mastic with 4" lap siding throughout most of the exterior and board and batten for the sunroom to add a beautiful contrast! Our client is thrilled with their "new home"!

Stroudsburg Commercial Roof

The roof on our office needed to be replaced. The roof has a very low pictch so we removed the existing roofing, installed new plywood and used a rolled roofing. This is a great option for a low sloped roof that doesn't have enough pitch for traditional roofing shingles. We also replaced some rotted wood fascia and capped it with custom bent black aluminum. Lastly we installed some new black commercial gutters.

Tobyhanna Basement

Our client wanted to add additional living space and a laundry room to the basement. We framed new walls and installed recessed lighting. Vinyl plank flooring was installed, a great choice for a basement, as it is a waterproof product.
