Elliott, the owner of POM (Peace of Mind) Contracting, was unlike the other contractors I interviewed or worked with before. He's a great communicator. I always knew what was going on before it took place. He alerted me to the time his contractors would arrive and about how long they would be here and anything else that needed to be discussed. I was impressed with how he set an appointment with me to review the estimate, instead of just emailing it to me and then going back and forth by phone or email. His attention to detail is incredible. I also admire and appreciate how quickly he returned my calls or texts and how even after the job was done and he received the last payment he still was great at keeping up communication.
